Moving forward since his award in the Volvic Perrier Sandwich of the Year competition, James has continued to innovate and perfect his menu. He was awarded First Prize in the coveted "British Sandwich Association Most Innovative Sandwich" competition in London with his "Jewel of the East" Thai chicken creation.
